In 1918, Pitco patented the Pitco frialator system, which put them at the forefront of the fryer industry. This system uses innovation via tubes that help heat fryers more consistently, which then kept the food in the fryer from absorbing too much oil and retain more of their original flavour.

Pitco has a range of products, both gas fryers and electric fryers, to suit the layout of any restaurant or food service location. Some other products they offer are split pot fryers which can prepare two different types of food at once – making it an efficient addition in any kitchen.
