The original Autodoner design was introduced in 1971. Since then we have expanded production to nearly a dozen different broiler models. We offer both gas and electric, ranging from 10lbs meat capacity up to 85lbs with more to come.

Throughout 40 years' experience in the food service industry, we've taken pride in maintaining an open dialogue with our customers, both restaurant operators and equipment dealers. The majority of the improvements and additions to the Optimal Automatics line of products have come as a result of our efforts to meet the needs of our customers. It is for this reason that the Autodoner brand has become the industry standard for cooking Gyros, Shawarma, Doner-Kebab and Tacos al Pastor.
